This versatile, 1-part silane-modified polymer sealant is sprayable and overpaintable. Allows rebuilding of 6 common automotive OEM textures and comes in different colours.

TEROSON® MS 9320 SF is a 1-part silane-modified polymer 6-in-1 assembly sealant for seams in the engine compartment, boot and passenger compartment. It’s also suitable for reproducing flat- and wide-stream beads with OEM texture and comes in different colours: black, grey or ochre. Used on larger areas for repairing or substituting PVC-based underbody or stone-chip-protection coatings. It can be applied by spray or brush and offers good adhesion to metals, primers and top coats. It cures by absorbing moisture from the air to form an elastic material that adheres well to a wide array of substrates without primer. Before application, surface pretreatment with TEROSON® VR 10 is recommended.

With TEROSON® MS 9320 SF there is no epoxy-based pre-treatment needed, as it has excellent adhesion on bare metal. Due to this, we have excellent corrosion protection and no underrusting (after two weeks of humidity aging test).
