A 1-part, medium-strength paste thread sealant for demanding industrial applications. Ideal for sealing threaded metal joints in steam piping systems where high temperature- and high pressure-resistance is required.
When you need high temperature- and pressure-resistance, especially for a steam piping system, LOCTITE® 5770 is a great choice. This medium-strength, high-viscosity thread sealant paste locks and seals metal threaded pipes and fittings in industrial steam applications up to 280°C (536°F) and 930 psi (6.4 MPa).
