BERGQUIST TGR 1500A is a gray, thermally conductive silicone compound designed to be used as a thermal interface material between a computer processor and a heat sink.
BERGQUIST® TGR 1500A is a high-performance compound that offers good screenability and high thermal performance. This product wets out the thermal interface surface and flows to produce the lowest thermal impedance and requires pressure to begin to flow. For applications such as microprocessors, traditional screw fastening, or spring clamping methods, BERGQUIST TGR 1500A provides sufficient force to optimize the thermal performance of this material.
