This non-silicone, thermally conductive phase-change material is designed for high power electrical devices, e.g. in power modules. Custom printable, high reliability.
LOCTITE® TCP 4000D is a thermally conductive phase-change material with enhanced performance and reliability – used for high power density applications on electrical devices. It applies with the ease of a thermal grease, and is reworkable and repeatable. Typical assembly applications include microprocessors, GPUs, multi-chip modules, ASICs, IGBT, FBDIMM/memory, lidded processor applications, and active heat sink in electronic applications.
