LOCTITE® TCP 4000 PE

LOCTITE® TCP 4000 PE is a thermally conductive, extended dry phase change material designed to be used between heat generating devices and the surfaces they are mounted to. Typical applications include microprocessors, GPUs, multichip modules, active heat sinks in electronic applications, and many more. With a phase change temperature of 45°C, this product is supplied in cartridges and can be applied using stencil, screen print, or with manual application methods.
